First of all, thank you for reading this letter! You can find me here on AO3. I'm excited to see what you might come up with for any of my requested canons!
My yuletide requests have a theme this year, and that theme is femslashy horror movies.
With this in mind, canon levels of violence, blood, gore, dark themes, and horror tropes in general are welcome for all of my requests. Want to write some female character-focused horror for yuletide? This is your free licence!
There are less horror-ific things that I would also really love! Basically any kind of post-canon fic focused on my requested characters and their relationship (whether shippy or not), allowing me to see where these women end up and how they deal with the events of canon, will please me. I’d also very much love f/f for yuletide this year, although the canon platonic/familial relationships between the women I’ve requested are incredibly interesting to me as they are. Femslash would just be an added bonus.
If you’re stuck and none of my prompts work for you, here are some of my general likes you should feel free to draw from in writing for me.
General likes:
Dialogue and banter, friendship developing into more than friendship, loyalty, found families, bickering like an old married couple, UST, slow realisation of feelings, pining, first times, road trips, baby/kid fic, getting together fic, canon divergence AUs, enemies forced to work together, adversaries coming to understand each other better, complicated relationships, co-dependence, you and me against the world, flawed people dealing with complicated problems and difficult situations in less than ideal ways, hauntings, demons, monsters, psychological horror, maternal horror, final girls, scared people determined to survive, bonding through adversity.
Tropey fusion AUs such as daemons, jedi master/apprentice, ghost/demon hunters, soulmates/soulbonds etc.
Romance tropes such as arranged marriage, fake dating, huddling for warmth, bed sharing, trapped together, drunken confessions.
Regarding Porn:
Sex scenes are welcome if you want to write them (although I prefer fic that has some kind of plot to go with the porn). Some things I like in porny fic are fingerfucking, body worship, particularly breast worship, hurried partially-clothed sex, touching over clothes, sleepy morning sex, spanking, tribbing, thigh-riding, burning/branding, size kink, object insertion, edging, orgasm control/denial, biting, hair kink.
In general, shifting or ambiguous power dynamics are more compelling to me than clearly defined top/bottom roles. Focusing on feelings and what's going on emotionally is pretty much always just as good as (if not better than) what's happening physically.
I’m open to noncon/dubcon but have different preferences for each request, please see my optional details below. For clarification, noncon fic for me is when at least one character clearly doesn’t want what is happening. Dubcon covers all of the in-between area where there are factors affecting the characters and their ability to fully consent (or their knowledge of their partner’s consent). Basically with dubcon fic I want the characters to be actively participating in the sex, and while there are probably complicated feelings about what is happening, enjoyment will most likely be in there somewhere. Noncon is more just a bad thing happening to someone, even if pleasure/orgasms occur. I’m not super hardline with these definitions, however, please take this as me trying to guide a writer towards what I’d like to see rather than ruling out anything that would upset me for these requests.

I'm in love with this old crank Laurie who is a hermit, a bad mother, a deeply traumatised survivor, and a stone cold badass. Who loves her daughter and granddaughter and has been preparing her entire adult life for this day. I would love fic about her relationship with Karen, whether it is focused within the time frame of the film and its aftermath, in the future, or in the past. Tell me what it's like growing up with Laurie Strode as your mother, training to fight the monster of your mother's nightmares, the complicated feelings these two women have for each other, how Karen having a daughter of her own affected her worldview. I'd love a story that digs into any or all of this stuff.
DNW Allyson dying. I didn’t request Allyson but please don’t kill her off, and please do include her in the story as much as you wish! I love this three-generational family of women who have all now experienced these horrors together.

Prompts:
Post-canon fic would be excellent, dealing with the events of the movie, maybe picking up right where we leave the three women driving away from Laurie's house. Did they really kill Michael? Even if they did, what now?
Laurie training Karen as a kid, perhaps juxtaposed with Karen as a mother and how she does or doesn’t put into practice the lessons Laurie taught her.
The Strode women go into business together. Hunting down serial killers. Hunting ghosts or other supernatural horrors. Bounty hunting. Making the most of their unique skill sets and battling their demons in more ways than one. (I’d love to see Allyson included with this prompt!)
Laurie’s lifelong paranoia is vindicated. Does she have an ‘I told you so’ moment after the credits roll? How does Karen respond? (I mean, probably not well.) Towards the end of the film Laurie and Karen had several moments of reconciliation and affirmation of their fierce love for each other – but what about after the terror is past. Does it hold up? Have old wounds healed or will they persist?
Laurie just wants Karen to be a fighter; Karen is a fighter but perhaps not in the way Laurie wants.
Other Halloweens over the years; maybe a Halloween in the future – will Laurie ever truly escape Michael even after killing him (assuming he’s even really dead?).
I would not be averse to a fic which takes the dysfunctional mother/daughter dynamic between Laurie and Karen into incest territory (provided Karen is an adult; DNW any incest involving child- or teen-Karen. Also DNW any incest involving Allyson at all). Vague incesty vibes are good, and so is taking it as far as you want, up to and including porn. Maybe Karen’s trauma in the aftermath of the movie pushes her closer to her mother than she has been since she was a child, and there’s a lot of confused and misdirected anger and grief and poor coping mechanisms. And sex. Obviously if incest is not your jam then ignore this prompt entirely!
Scream (movies)
Characters: Gale Weathers, Sidney Prescott
I've always loved these movies, and I've always loved the fascinating, fraught, adversaries-turned-allies-turned-almost-friends relationship that develops between Sidney and Gale. I'd love f/f for them set during one of the later movies. Or at any time, really, although please do not have anything sexual happening between them while Sid is still under 18.
But any story that builds on their canon relationship would be excellent. Sidney is in such an interesting place in the third and fourth movies especially, I'd love to see more of her interactions with Gale during and in between films. Sidney coming up against Gale's reporter instincts and not having a bar of it, while seeing Gale increasingly as someone to trust and rely on - at least in the face of murder! And Gale at odds with herself as she becomes less of an asshole and actually cares for these people she keeps landing in near-death experiences with. Their interests are at odds a lot of the time, except when survival is on the line. They work well together and know they can trust each other when shit hits the fan. I love this about them. More of this, please.
I really love Gale, abrasive and ambitious and always willing to fight for a story or her life or both, and I really love Sid, always so determined to retain her sense of self even as she is so irrevocably altered by her experiences. Please make them talk and relate (and kiss?) if not as the best of friends (or lovers) then as two veterans of the extremely bloody battles they have both survived. Sid and Gale coming together as increasingly world-weary comrades in arms is the thing I want most of all from this request.

Sidney and Gale collaborate on the next book in Gale’s Woodsboro Murder series. How great or terribly does this go? Or tell me about the boor tour, please? (Your choice which book in the series they are writing, i.e. which movie this follows.)
If you do choose to write Gale/Sidney, then please no Dewey-bashing. I love Dewey and Dewey/Gale's canon relationship. Please give them an amicable break-up or set your story during one of Gale and Dewey's 'off-again' periods. Or simply don't mention Gale/Dewey at all. I'd rather not see poly!Gale in a relationship with Dewey while pursuing/dating/sleeping with Sidney. That said, if you would like to write an OT3 Gale/Dewey/Sidney fic you have my permission because that would be great. Maybe set during/after the fourth movie? Gale and Dewey bringing Sidney into their relationship and home?
Gale/Dewey as a background ship in an otherwise gen fic about Gale and Sidney is also fine.
Suspiria (2019)
Characters: Susanna Bannion, Madame Blanc
I would absolutely love post-canon fic where Blanc lives and has to deal with the shit that has just gone down at her dance studio. And her huge miscalculation regarding Susie.
I would love to see who Susie is now – how much of her is even still in there after Mother Suspiriorum is awakened.
And if you would care to write Susie/Blanc, then in particular I would love post-canon fic that delves into whatever kind of fucked up horrifying romance might eventuate between Blanc, who thought she was grooming Susie to be sacrificed to a false ancient witch goddess, and Susie, who is of course the real deal.
I want all of the creepy dubcon sex between them. As weird and kinky and fucked up as you like. Go hard into noncon horror territory if you want. Or write a true love affair between a powerful witch and her exponentially more powerful living goddess. Or maybe a little of both – noncon horror love affair? Sounds excellent to me!

The ending of this movie surprised me so much. The best friend almost always dies in this type of movie! I thought Markie was a goner for sure. But after seeing these two girls go through so much death and angst, their friendship pushed absolutely to the limit and beyond, in the end they survive together. Specifically because they choose each other. They ultimately have such faith in each other, they risk everything, and come out the other side.
I ship it, naturally.
I just want to know where the two of them go from here. Even with the game continuing among a friends group of presumably millions now, Olivia and Markie are still part of it. Their turns could come again. How do they deal with what they’ve started and what might come back round to them one day?
And of course they also are left dealing with the fallout between them. I want to see them building their relationship back up into something new and better without those huge secrets (or a guy they both like) coming between them.
I want to see them relying completely on each other because there is no one else who knows and can understand what they went through. I want to see the dissonance of (trying to) return to normal life with the 'truth or dare' game playing on in the background now that they’ve released it on the world.

They encounter a stranger who has seen the video, and the stranger’s turn comes around and it involves Olivia and/or Markie for maximum angst and drama?

What if an alternate dare for Olivia or Markie during the movie was for one to seduce the other? Something similar to how the Olivia/Lucas sex was handled in canon would be great. Both girls are ultimately into it but truths are revealed and painful and messy feelings are painfully and messily felt by all.
The two of them post-canon, traumatised but with no secrets keeping them apart, pulling closer together than ever before. Dealing with nightmares. Bed-sharing. They encounter a stranger who has seen the video, and the stranger’s turn comes around and it involves Olivia and/or Markie for maximum angst and drama?
They’ve pissed off the demon by changing the game. What if the demon finds a way to change things again in its favour? Or strikes out at Olivia and Markie in other ways?
What if an alternate dare for Olivia or Markie during the movie was for one to seduce the other? Something similar to how the Olivia/Lucas sex was handled in canon would be great. Both girls are ultimately into it but truths are revealed and painful and messy feelings are painfully and messily felt by all.
The two of them post-canon, traumatised but with no secrets keeping them apart, pulling closer together than ever before. Dealing with nightmares. Bed-sharing. Co-dependent coping mechanisms for days, one of which perhaps being a lot of dirty, urgent sex. I would very much like to see this, but would also love a glimmer of hope that they’ll be okay and get through this and stay together forever.
